This plugin allows you to add announcement and link blocks to the top of your forum sites. After installing the plugin, you can manage them through the theme properties.

• You can create up to four columns and use them as 1, 2, or 3 columns, as desired.
• You can enable or disable them through the theme properties.
• It is mobile-friendly, but you can disable it in mobile browsers if you prefer.
• You can control its display on all pages or only on the forum homepage.
